Mamma Mia!
Mamma Mia!, originally written by British playwright Catherine Johnson, is based on the songs of 70’s Swedish dance/pop mega-group ABBA. It came to the stage in 1999, thanks to the tireless effort of producer Judy Craymer who convinced ABBA’s Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus that their songs needed to brought to the stage. In 2001, with Phyllida Lloyd serving as director, the musical opened at Braodway’s Winter Garden Theatre and has rocked ever since.

Billy Elliot: The Musical

Based on the critically acclaimed 2000 award-winning film, the story took place during the UK coal miner's strike in 1984, in opposition to the threatened closure and privatization by then Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
